Management software for aesthetic clinics
What is Aurea?
Aurea is a management system for aesthetic clinics, developed by OPUS. It brings the whole patient journey into one place, under the clinic’s own brand: a booking page with online assessment requests, a team schedule that blocks double bookings, anamnesis and consent forms completed before the visit, before-and-after photos organized by area, post-procedure follow-up and return visits, and a patient pipeline that updates itself. It runs in the browser on computers and phones, with no installation, and launched on October 13, 2026.

Who it is for
Aesthetic and orofacial harmonization (HOF) clinics in Brazil that want the whole patient journey in one system, under their own brand.
Missed appointments are one of a clinic’s biggest costs: across 105 studies, an average of 23% of booked healthcare appointments end in a no-show (Dantas et al., Health Policy, 2018). Aurea works on what happens before the visit: the patient fills in the anamnesis and signs the consent forms before arriving, and confirmation and reminder messages come ready for the team to send. doi:10.1016/j.healthpol.2018.02.002
What Aurea does
- Branded page and online assessment
- A page with the clinic’s name, colors and typeface. The patient books an assessment from her phone.
- Conflict-free schedule
- Two appointments at the same time are never accepted. The lock is in the system, not in the front desk’s attention.
- Anamnesis and consent forms in advance
- The patient answers and signs before arriving. The professional reviews it and the appointment starts ready.
- Comparable before-and-after photos
- Photos by area, angle and phase, side by side between two dates, in each patient’s record.
- Follow-up and return at the right time
- Post-procedure questions on the right days and the list of who to call back, based on each service’s interval.
- A pipeline that moves by itself
- Each patient’s stage changes with what the clinic records: assessment, procedure, follow-up, return.
Patient data stays with the clinic
- Each clinic isolated
- A clinic never sees another clinic’s patients, schedule or files. Each one has its own address.
- Private files
- Record photos, consent forms and documents are never at a public address: they open only for people with permission.
- Two-step verification
- The team confirms sign-in with an authenticator app. The clinic can require it for administrators.
- LGPD without losing the clinical record
- Data export and anonymization on request, keeping the clinical record for the period required by Brazilian law.
Frequently asked questions
Does anything need to be installed?
In the browser: Aurea runs in the browser on computers and phones, with no installation. For the patient: she uses it on her phone, without downloading an app from a store, and can add a shortcut to her home screen.
Does the patient see my brand?
Page and assessment: they show the clinic’s name, logo, colors and typeface. Messages: they carry the clinic’s name. Sign-in and app: they carry the Aurea signature, with the clinic in the content.
Can I bring my patients?
Spreadsheet: the import reads CSV and XLSX files and suggests the columns. Review: errors appear line by line and duplicates are flagged before saving. LGPD: anyone who asked for their data to be deleted does not come back through the import.
Is the data secure?
Isolation: each clinic is separated from the others, with its own address. Private files: photos, consent forms and documents open only for people with permission. Two steps: the team can confirm sign-in with an authenticator app. Audit trail: every sensitive action is recorded, with who did it and when.
Does it work with WhatsApp?
Ready-made messages: confirmation, reminder, anamnesis and return messages are written for each patient. Sent by the team: each message opens in the clinic’s WhatsApp with the text ready, and the team marks what has been sent.
How much does it cost?
Tailored: it depends on the size of the clinic and what it will use. In the demo: the price comes up in the conversation, with a proposal built for your routine.
